Sometimes, there are cases when an item may not be in stock and the estimated time of arrival for the new stock in not available, NAPWO reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full purchase amount with no re-stocking fees, etc.
Please note that refunds are processed back to the method of purchase used by the purchaser to make the transaction and this process typically takes 5-7 business days. There are no exceptions to this policy as the refund process involves multiple entities from the online store (Shopify) to the bank (Wells Fargo) to the purchaser's method of payment. Once the process has been initiated by NAPWO, customers can monitor their account for their refund. If the refund is not received with 10 days, please notify NAPWO so that we can inquire about the delay.
