Free Shipping Policy

We get it. You don't want to pay for shipping. And we want to try to make that happen.  In most cases, any ONLINE order over $150 qualifies for free shipping. There are a few exceptions.

Free Shipping applies to qualifying ONLINE orders shipping to the Continental US states. For those outside the Continental US, we ship globally and can certainly help to maximize your freight dollars. We coordinate with freight forwarding services as well. Why does this apply only to ONLINE orders? It's simple. When you place the order online, you help to expedite the ordering process allowing our staff to assist other customers who may need more detailed assistance. By helping us - we truly appreciate it - we are able to help you.

Free Shipping does not apply to oversize, bulk shipments regardless of the dollar amount of the order. This includes trailer rigs and items such as water tanks, vacuum systems (Sirocco) are bulk items and shipping costs reflect the amount of floor space used on a commercial carrier. If a bulk item is purchased, the Purchaser will be responsible for the additional freight costs associated with using a commercial carrier. 

Free Shipping does not apply to hazardous materials, regardless of the dollar amount of the order. These items require extra handling by the shipping carrier and therefore an additional surcharge is incurred.  The Purchaser will be responsible for the additional freight costs associated with hazardous materials shipments.

Free Shipping does not apply to drum sizes regardless of the dollar amount of the order. These items require extra handling by the shipping carrier and therefore an additional surcharge is incurred.  The Purchaser will be responsible for the additional freight costs associated with drum size shipments.

For ease of understanding...if your shipment requires TRUCK LINE, then FREE FREIGHT is not applicable and will be charged separately. 

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx and R & L Carriers. We will utilize the best choice of shipping carriers based on the order and its products. If you require a specific carrier, it is the Purchaser's responsibility to inform a NAPWO staff member prior to the order shipment. If a change-of-address is required after the order has been shipped, the Purchaser will be responsible for the fees associated with the change. For example, UPS will gladly update the shipping address for a $15 fee. Unfortunately, this is a fee we cannot incur and therefore the Purchaser would be responsible.
